Bananas Foster

Ingredients
| 1/2 cup | brown sugar |
| 1/4 cup | lemon juice |
| 1-2 oz | butter |
| 2 large | firm bananas |
| splash | brandy |
| as needed | ice cream |
Method
- Melt brown sugar, lemon juice and butter together.
- Cut 2 large firm bananas in half and cook in the syrup.
- Flame with brandy.
- Serve with ice cream.
