Ever try Duke's on Lake Union.

The best blackberry cobbler that I have found is at the Boat Street Cafe near the University of Washington. There are other great things on the menu as well.
 It's open Thurs-Sunday for dinner.

Can't speak for the chowder, but the blackberry cobbler is most
definitely an experience not to be missed. The apple cobbler
 is pretty darn good also.

Yup, great place. And among all the seafood, even a few items on the menu
for vegetarians (gardenburger, veggie pasta, stirfry, great whole-meal
salad called the veggie chop which I think may well be vegan).
