Where is the best Dim Sum?

The newest one, Loong Foong Seafood House, is also one of the finest; it's located in the second floor of the Ding How building at 12th and S. Jackson. (The Vietnamese places on the first floor, especially Huong Binh, are also quite good.) House of Hong, a bit farther west on Jackson, has never disappointed me. Ocean City, near Uwajimaya, has also served up some good dim sum. And since we're talking "Seattle area": Faye Hong, former owner of House of Hong, had a no-compete agreement when he sold the place. He got bored with retirement, so he opened a new place down in Renton, to get around the no-compete clause. Hong's has very fine dim sum indeed.
