Quite a few times. It's small, and heavily subscribed, so make reservations.
The interior is dim and intimate feeling, like the old Queen Anne house that
the restaurant occupies.
I have immensely enjoyed every meal I've taken there. Georgian food appears
based on lamb and chicken, with a lot of oregano, tomato-dill, and chutney-type
pickles. If you can't bear the rhought of eating Italian again, this will
reset your palate nicely.
The service is warm, crisp, and reasonably attentive. Plates are carefully
and attractively composed.
I haven't had much luck with their wine list, which carries many overpriced
cheap wines, e.g. $10 Merlots served for $20-25 that reek of sulfur and decaying
vegetation. For dessert, among other options they offer the terrible, oxidized
Tokaji. I'd certainly be interested in hearing the experiences from folks with
better luck (or judgement) than I've had.
