Ventana

 I recently ate at Ventana and it was great.  The Salmon was prepared on
 a bed of black beans and was lightly breaded in an amazing choice of
 herbs.  The Wine selection is well thought out, too.  The atmosphere is
 light and chatty.  One of the owners, Matt Dimond, is a very sincere
 young man with a genuinely friendly personality.  The restaurant is
 certainly worth the experience.  They are located in Freemont at 4401
