You should definitely try Cafe Flora on Madison. Meat free (and alcohol free, BTW) and delicious. The indredients are chosen carefully--often from their garden in back--and the dishes are creative. Usually they have more than one steamed veggie dish with an interesting twist. Prices run about $10-$12 for an entree; the restaurant itself is beautiful.
