                    Umberto Grade: A+

 For Japanese: Izumi Grade: A
                            Nikko (Westin Hotel) Grade: A

For Mediterranean: Mediterranean Kitchen (by Roy St. )

For Chinese: Hing Loong (by Chinatown)

Cucina Cucina is good but not an A......Try Poor Old Cafe in downtown....now
thats an Italian restaurant worth an A+.....stay away from 13Coins......dark,
 terrible, and disgusting......

We liked Coastal Kitchen so much that we ate their twice during our
visit! Also in downtown Seattle is Kaleenka (incredible Russian) and
Ragin Cajun. It's hard to find a bad restaurant in Seattle :-) Lois
