I enjoyed Big Time Brewery, on University Way (cross-street
about 42nd), when I went to the University of Washington.
Nice atmosphere and good beer (IMHO). Shouldn't be too
 crowded in the summer months.

With all the great Micro-breweries in the Pacific NorthWest, I prefer a pub that
has a good variety of micro brews rather than a brewpub which only has the beer
they make. My top choices are Coopers Ale House on Lake City Way and 80th, 74th
St Ale House on Greenwood Avenue,Triangle Tavern in Freemont and Latonna by
Green Lake on Latonna at 65th.

 Enjoy.
