Noble Court - red devil treatment

 Hi
In the past, I have always recommended highly the Noble Court restaurant
for its great food, including the Dim Sum for lunch. Well, I now have to
say I have a completely different view of this restaurant. This is what
 happened:

Monday, coincidentally just after China took possession of Hong Kong,
we decided to go to Noble Court for lunch. The place was half empty still
at around 11:15 am. We walked up and were immediately seated in this
awful back room, the two of us, in one of those huge round tables meant
for 10 or so. We felt very funny. The table cloth was filthy. The
walls, I cringed to look at. So many years of food spattered, i.e. if you
didn't notice, you would think it was textured that way. uh!! I dared
 not examine the floor.
Well, after awhile we started to notice a pattern. Every non-asian
party, people the chinese sometimes call 'red devils', commonly known as
'white' or caucasion, were being escorted to this awful room, and they
seated all asian groups in the better part of the restaurant. And, the
fresh Dim Sum didn't seem to be heading our way too often. We were
 appaled.
So, my recommendation of this restuarant is now a non-recommendation.
The obvious separate treatment they gave non-asians should not have been
done. After all, this IS America.
