My favorite Seattle pho is at Pho Bac, which is in an odd pink building at the west by nortwest corner of the big intersection of Jackson, 14th, and Boren/Dearborn Rainier in little Vietnam. My friend likes Pho Hoa, which is in the middle of the International District.
