My former roommate (an Indian chap) was also pretty keen on Raga (also in Bellevue), but I've not been there yet. In Seattle proper, there's a place called Maharaja, on Elliot, that is excellent. There's another Maharaja in West Seattle (near the corner of California and Alaska) as well. I prefer the West Seattle place, but only slightly. Maharaja's food is very similar to Moghul Palace fare (read: very very good).
