We have eaten (ok, 3 times!) at a great new Indian restaurant in Edmonds called Sahib. It is with trepidation that I post this, because I don't want to see it get overrun, but on the other hand I do want it to survive. The man who seems to run the place (owner?) told us that he developed Chutney's, and recently sold it to build Sahib in Edmonds. It is immediately across the street from the ferry, and, like Chutney's, has a daily lunch buffet, which we have never visited. Excellent Indian food!!! Bob Adelman
