I'm constantly in search of places that serve good home fries and scrambled eggs. One of the best deals I know of is the 19th Avenue Cafe on 19th Avenue East and East Mercer. For $3.50 you get great home fries, 2 scrambled eggs, toast, and fruit. Can anyone beat that? Nancy
