It's Italian with a Middle Eastern slant, if that's possible. Whatever you call it, it's excellent.

My last vist I stayed at the Inn at the Market (or some similar name). It's located in Pike Place market which is one of the great farmers style markets of the Western Hemisphere. There are many good places to eat within the market, but we bought fresh seafood and produce and cooked up a storm - the rooms at the Inn have kitchenettes. If you get the chance, take three or four days and tour the Olympic Penninsula - plenty of rustic and good cuisine. Enjoy!
