Sea Garden, Tai Tung are two that come to mind. Both are in International
Dist. Sea Garden also in Bellevue.

The North China serves great food in an unconventional looking (exterior)
place. They're in the strip mall behind QFC in Edmonds (near EWHS).

Their sizzling rice soup is fun, the hot and sour soup my favorite. They
have a good selection of Szechuan and Hunan dishes that are hot and
flavorful. Not hot for hot's sake, but truly for flavor.

My friend in the restaurant biz, who considers himself a "foodie", was
pleasantly surprised when I suggested we go there for lunch because he'd
never heard of the place and thought it quite good.
