Well, that would let out all ethnic which can be done quite well in the Boston,NYC area. Well, I would focus on what made Seattle special--seafood. For my suggestion(since there are a zillion to choose from), I would run(not walk) to Ray's Boathouse at Shilshole. Has a long standing great reputation, along with a very good wine list. Either make a rez and eat in the dining room, or go upstairs(without one) and eat in the lounge(or outside if the weather permits). alan
