Paseo at 43rd and Fremont Ave.
They have some of the best food in Seattle.
It is a Jamaican/Caribbean/Trinidad kind of place, with a grilled prawn
sandwich to die for and a Habenero salsa that will blow your head off.
The black beans and rice are a meal in themselves.
All the food is great and the prices are excellant.
The only drawback is the lack of much seating.
It is primarily a take out place durring busy times.

Although some may not consider it authentic, Dave and I found "Boca" in
West Seattle, along the Alki beach, to have great food with a Caribbean
and Jamaican flair (and a tremendous sunset view). A most enjoyable
 evening for us!
