Went to Black Angus, had a good steak dinner. Very filling, including the Outback-style blooming onion. But, as I sat there talking to my friends, I started to notice some things: the cobweb hanging from the light fixture, the chewing gum stuck into a crevice on the wall, the plexiglas peeling from a picture on the wall, etc. I am just wondering if restaurant owners care about details like these? In my opinion, housekeeping is just as important, especially in the restrooms.
