If you're with a big group, want to have fun and not spend too much, it is definately the place. REcently went with 19 people for Kimi's 21st birthday, sat at the pope's table and *had a blast!* for a about $25 a person. The server worked hard as most wait people have to in a busy restaurant, we got a freebie, (tipped very well) enjoyed ourselves tremendously and could be as loud as we wanted (not obnoxious though). It was great fun. For a smaller group, better food, good service and higher prices, do Salvatore's. Bizarros is very good and cheap but the service just is not "there". The servers just don't seem to care very much. It's the "over-busy" syndrome and it's hard to fight off. Too many packed nights without the occasional "let's remind ourselves why we are here pep talk" and you start to get irritated by people. Just my observation. Heard Mama Melina's is very good too.
