I've used plastic chopsticks in several restaurants. They brought 'em out instead of the bamboo ones, so they must be okay with the health dept. On the other hand, getting restaurants to switch to plastic may be a challenge. To follow up my initial report, I went back to the Asia Grill Sunday night, and this time both my girlfriend and I ordered the ahi stir fry. Boo, hiss. They gave us more fish this time, but the prep and presentation were strictly one star. I gave the waitress a message for the cook and management. So, either don't go on a Sunday night, or be prepared to send it back if it's not up to snuff. Jef Jaisun
