Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks! A pity, Seattle has some great fish. The copper River Salmon might be running and Alaskan Black Cod is one of the great fishes of the world. Nevertheless, there's certainly some good meat in Seattle restaurants. I'm not from the area and don't know where Ocean shores is located. In a residential area east of downtown, there's Rovers. probably the finest restaurant in Seattle. Classic French with some local influences. Definitely not a budget restaurant, but reasonably priced for a fine restaurant. At least by NYC standards. Much more casual is Brasa, which offers a sort of Mediterranean influenced menu, though you may expect creative interpretation. I seem to recall lots of seafood on the menu, but then that's what we were generally looking to have. However I also recall my wife ordering roast suckling pig served with a cilantro sauce and chorizos and enjoying it very much. Those were the two outstanding meals from a trip just about a year ago.
