Andreas Keller in Leavenworth is actually pretty decent. When we last ate there, my sister was visiting from NY; she had lived in Germany for 5 or 6 years (I was only there for 3 ). She took one bite of the spaetzle, put her fork down, and said, "Hey! This isn't the tourist crap...it's the REAL thing!" Later this month I'm having a mini-reunion there with a couple of guys I was stationed with in Germany 20 years ago. I asked and they said that they could make some "special" dishes that aren't normally on the menu, if we called in advance and made arrangements. They go to Germany at least once a year to gather new recipes and stuff, and they like to show off a bit for the 'non-tourist' types. Try them - I think you may be pleasantly surprised.

There's a small German deli on Roosevelt south of Scarecrow; they carry a good selection of German foodstuffs (including curry ketchup), as well as various meats. No leberkase, though.
