Hey y'all! Thanks for all the recommendations. We went to the Queen Bee, which was a) extremely crowded, b) extremely cheap, and c) very good to boot. We waited at least half an hour for a table; I wouldn't be surprised if the place exceeds the legal capacity on weekend nights. Also, this is definitely not an intimate place to dine, since the cramped dining room leaves you no farther than a foot away from your neighbors at the next table. That's for good reason, though, since the restaurant offers one of the best values I've ever seen. I don't think a single entree topped $8. All our selections were great; I recommend the beef with lemon grass. Now I've just got to check out all the other Vietnamese places people recommended! My parents and I went to a couple of other places this weekend; my reports on them follow. ________________________________________________ Rob Pegoraro [email removed] Arlington, Va.
