This month's issuer of The Washingtonia has a feature on pizza, so I decided to try out the Montgomery County listing. Tonight we did Thyme Square in Bethesda.

The restaurant has an open ambiance--a bit too open in that there are no door to the dishwashery. The clanging of pots pushed an already high noise level beyond my limit. The menu has no meat and several vegetarian items. The pizza is baken in a wood-burning oven; the crust was good. There are aboytr 4 or 5 varieties. We had the white; it was very good.

The lemon berry desert was quite tasty, but the crust was heavy. Service was good.
