Tea in DC/NoVA

The Jefferson Hotel on 16th (at M) has a lovely tea. Its a beautiful setting too. Also, the Park Hyatt used to have someone come and read your tea leaves on Wednesdays and that was fun, but I'm not sure if they still do it.

In Northern VA try the Ritz Carlton Hotel in the Tysons II (Galleria) shopping center, very nice.
