The salmon with berry sauce at McCormack & Schmick at TownCenter in Reston is outstanding. If you like Oriental fish, try Mark's Duck House in the Willston Shopping Center on Arlington Blvd. & Patrick Henry. I haven't tried any of the crab places, but my office mate tells me that the crab shack in the Countryside Shopping Center (Leesburg Pike west of Cascade Parkway) is pretty good.

PS - you've got a great surname for the web. Would be better if you'd substiture a "-" for the "a" ;>)
