I just had lunch at Sahib in Olney, Md. It's in a strip shopping center on Georgia ave at Rt. 108. It does not face Ga. Ave. you have to drive back into the center to find it. It's a charming place. You enter thru a rug! It's all very cozy. All sofa's with big ommphy cushions and low tables. No silverware (unless you order rice and then you get a big spoon) You eat with your fingers and chapati's. It's Northern Indian. I had the Lamb Curry, very tasty, friends had Saag Meat which is lamb and this is cooked with spinach. Ordered tea and it came very sweet and heavy with milk. This place is authentic! The owner?/waiter is from New Deli. I went wtih a friend that travels often in India and she pronounced it true to the north. Lunch was inexpensive at $5.99. Dinner is a 10 course (or was it 7) meal at $20.00 per person.
