Actually, I believe the Straits of Malaya is on 18th Street, not 16th Street as mentioned by someone else. It actually is at about the intersection of 18th and Willard. They have excellent food, excellent service....and they serve their food family style, so if you go with 2 people, they bring out 1 entree at a time so you can share each others meals (since the tables are fairly small....
