You're in luck -- a great one just opened on Pennsylvania Avenue, near the Senate office buildings, on Capitol Hill.  It's called THE WHITE TIGER -- I've been there several times now, and have yet to be disappointed.  The owner and staff are extremely gracious, the prices reasonable (especially considering the location and appointments), and the food -- much of which I've sampled -- kicks ass. AND it has a beautiful, spacious outdoor seating area.
