Help! Good Restaurants By State Dept?

I've enjoyed that Chinese restaurant in Columbia Plaza on the corner of 23rd and Virginia Ave (I forget the name).  Last time there I had the steamed dumplings and the don-don noodles - both excellent!  That place definitely does get crowded, so see if they can reserve something for your large party.
