There's a Pollo Primo in Adams Morgan, on the east side of 18th St. a few doors down from Columbia Rd. (i.e., just down from McDonald's). If you're looking for some decent food that you don't have to wait for and that is incredibly cheap, this is a great place. Two pieces of marinated, grilled chicken (wing and breast or thigh and leg), rice, beans, three soft tortillas, and a cup of house-made salsa--for $3.65
*including tax*. And it's much faster than typical fast-food places; from the time I walk in till I walk out with my order is usually about one minute. And the chicken is *much* better than, say, Boston Chicken, as well as being cheaper.
