Donair?

You are probably referring to "doner kebap" as it's called in Turkey. There are couple of places you can get that here in NOVA.

Nizam's Restaurant is the most expensive one. But it's more classy environment too. Two people can easyly go over $50 with drinks... They serve doner on weekend nights and Tuesday night.

There is also Attila's at Columbia Pike in Airlington. Although the restaurant is not my favorite, they make the kabap good. It's less expensive than Nizam. They serve doner in the restaurant only on Sats.

If you are low on the budget you can try Simit Bakery in Fairfax (www.simitbakery.com) They serve the doner in a sub with the souce you mentioned.. It still tastes the same but it's a garb-and-go type of environment..
