Silver Palace, of all the palaces, has pretty good dim sum. It is on north of New Hampshire Ave, right by the Sears.

I've only been to one place, but the people who took me highly recommend it. Try `Fortune' on Route 7. It's close to 7 Corners, near the Joe Theisman's restaurant. This place seems to be extremely popular so go early.
