When you said DC, you maybe meant literally DC. The best dim sum I've had in DC is at Tony Cheng's, the upstairs seafood restaurant. (The downstairs is Tony Cheng's Mongolian Grill.)

My favorite Dim Sum in DC is Mr. Yung's on 6th St. between G & H in Chinatown. I've been going to Dim Sum restaurants in DC and vicinity since the Tung Bor was the only one. I'd rate Mr. Yung's the best in DC, Fortune the best in VA suburbs, and China Something (near metro in Silver Spring) the best in MD surburbs.
