Not just for chocolate -- Trellis is a fine dining restaurant that's excellent for the whole meal! It's just a block or so from the historic area. It's more "trendy" and innovative than the historic restaurants. Of those, I like Christiana Campbell's and the King's Arms. The Williamsburg Inn has a great atmosphere but I haven't been impressed by the food for a long time now.

I ate at another excellent, smaller, restaurant a few years ago. Unfortunately I don't remember the name, but it's got "hearth" or "fireside" or some such in the name and is in a small shopping center about two blocks from Busch Gardens.

That description fits a place called "Le Yaca", a country French restaurant that's excellent. The Cascades is also great for Sunday brunch.
