Jody in my office said that Sam Miller's isn't so great (if it is even still in existence) but recommends Azzuro's. It's in the West End but she can't remember the address. It is a New York Italian restaurant.

Having just eaten at Sam Miller's about a week ago, I can vouch for that opinion. Food was not at all spectacular and I had to ask for another bread plate as the one at my place was greasy. Not too appetizing.
