Fire Stones in Quechee VT

I just spent the weekend in the Quechee Woodstock area and had dinner at a restaurant called Fire Stones. The decor was based on an Adirondack lodge, and the food was exceptional. I also ate at Bently's in Woodstock, and Simon Pierce in Quechee. All three restaurants were quite good, but Fire Stones was a pleasant surprise. I had the babyback ribs. They were served over garlic mashed potatoes with wilted greens. The meat literally fell off the bone, and the potatoes had just the right amount of garlic. My kids split a "flat bread"(I guess Vermonts name for pizza) which was excellant. The wood burning "flatbread" oven is right in the lobby as you walk in. My wife had the Chicken pie which was served in a cast iron skillet and very hot. We sat on the deck and spent the evening enjoying the Vermont air. All in all the experiance was very pleasent, and the kids loved it to.

Has anyone else been there and did they have the same experiance. I would love to know. It is located on route 4 about 1 mile past the gorge on the way to Woodstock.
