I doubt there's a lot I can do about the Old Thumper since as far as I can see it is not distributed in the U.S. (although there is a beer called Old Thumper from an American brewery, the Brewmaster of which used to work for the Old Thumper brewery in the UK, but I doubt it's as good, although I haven't found a local source yet for it). However, maybe someone can help me out with the others. I have got a couple of recipes for Steak & Guiness, but I can always use more. It's the samosas though... They were better than any samosas at any Indian restaurant I have ever been in (and that's been considerable). Now it's possible they are a common frozen thing over there that they po in the oven for their customers. Or, they have their own recipe. If anyone can help me out ineither direction, I would be terribly grateful. ttfn/Karina http:www.cafekarina.org Member of GASP, keeper of the Dread Machine From [email removed] Sat Dec 19 11:40:18 EST 1998 Article: 4422 of uk.food+drink.misc
