Gary Rhodes (he has the TV show) originally helped this venture get started and brought his traditional British food style to a magnificent but simple setting overlooking the Thames. Stephen Carter is currently the chef and I have heard positive recent feedback. Gary Rhodes has a restaurant in the City called City Rhodes (sic). I read he is opening elsewhere as well soon.
