No, I don't have a connection with the restaurant, other than I've eaten there several times now.

The Blue Ginger in Barnet, North London, (well actually Herts) is a new vegetarian Indian restaurant. The food is good, South Indian, with the chef being a Brahmin vegetarian.

I've had their Masala Dosa, which I liked a lot. Tried their Uthappam which I found rather heavy (its like a thick pizza), and they excel in their curries, mixed vegetable curries, Mutter Paneer, all yumee!

Also had a mango lassi, very nice.

I can recommend them to anyone wishing to try a new Indian vegetarian restaurant, its now become my favourite, visiting there every two weeks!

Their details : Blue Ginger 7 East Barnet Road, Herts EN4 8RR reservations & take aways : 0208-364-8220

Hope above has been of use to some people, if you go there be nice to see a post saying how you found the food.

David
