The new British Michelin Guide has been published. Pied a Terre in London and Patrick Guilbaud in Dublin have been promoted from one to two stars. 17 restaurants have been given one star for the first time, including Shaun Hill's Merchant house in Ludlow, Sharrow Bay at Ullswater, Interlude de Chavot in London.
