I was in Manchester last weekend and had to hit China Town. I went to the Moon Wah restaurant and the meal was superb as it was last and only time I have been to China Town.

I was wondering if anyone knows if all the restaurants in the area are to the same standard or if there are some that are better than others.

Yang Sing is the famous Chinese restaurant in Manchester, but it burned down last yeare and while it is being rebuilt there is a temporary one opened. I saw a great review of it in the Manchester Evening News. I ate at old Yang Sing and it is serious Chinese, not straight from Wing Yips.
