I've reviewed some restaurants in London, including a couple of the ones you mention, on my web site (URL below) but have steered clear of using a numbered rating system. I don't think it's as objective as it's made out to be, and the system is rendered largely meaningless when the reviewer tries to cover expense, quality, service, value and all the other parameters you might expect to see measured in a restaurant review.
