I hope that they do well - in terms of food, the certainly deserve too, though it's looked a bit quiet in there the last few times I've been past. Awesome Fish Restaurant
If you like fish and are in the Hereford area you really should try Finny's restaurant. It is to be found attached to the Merton hotel, 28 Commercial Road in Hereford. Charles Poolton (the chef and guru behind this) who has been running his own fresh fish business in the area has begun to use his excellent chef skills once more (yippee) with Finny's Fish Restuarant. You might think I'm biased 'cus he happens to be a relative however --no such thing- I just love fresh fish well presented and want to see a rare style of restaurant succeed :-))) Try it if you're in the area.
