OK. I decided to make a change and went this past weekend to try out the so called Pho Cong Ly Restaurant. Kim Phung was too crowed, like always. The place is cleaner and neater. Quicker service. I like the fact that you could order spring rolls by singles instead of the order of 3 from Kim Phung's. I ordered 4. I was dissappointed to find out that they did not have vermicelli with spicy beef. I had Pho with well done flank and brisket. My girlfriend liked the fact that they brought her a plate full of chopped cilantro. I have to say, ... the soup has better taste than Kim Phung's. The spring rolls taste the same except for the sauce. I like the sauce better at Kim Phungs, it is not that thick. Well, I guess I would have never found out without reading this newsgroup. HD
