Norm IMHO, I love the atmosohere of Trudy's Texas Star just North of UT. I feel the opposite about about Trudy's near 183. The food is better as well. I eat at the one all the time but won't go near the North site. It's crowded, noisy and yuppiefied. The food varies but is generally bad. I don't know why.
