The Blue Lobster is a large blue building near HEB on Highway 71. I'll sum it up very quick. I don't anticipate that Bastrop's Blue Lobster will steal any business away from either the Red Lobster eateries in Austin or from Mimi-G's at Lake Bastrop. I'm being kind to Blue Lobster. Honest.
