Tex-Mex in Houston

Hi,
I will try to keep the list short.  There are a large number of Tex-Mex restaurants here in Houston.

Pappasitos (a local chain but great food)-located all over the city Cyclone Anayas- in the Heights (Durham and Washington) or out
                          Westheimer (west of downtown).
La Mexicana-corner of Fairview and Montrose
Done-Raki - out on Westheimer
Chapultepec- Richmond (just east of Montrose Blvd). Goodes Taquieria - Kirby and Westpark

There are a lot more. The list could go on.  Hope this helps.
