For what it's worth my favorite restaurant was The Cross-Eyed Pelican in Port Isabell. Not very fancy, mostly locals crowd. Has a buffet, not always seafood. However, their shrimp Isabella is great. Pirates Landing, the place right at the entrance to the bridge (right across the street from the lighthouse) is also good. Seafood is fresh and great lunch prices (2.99 and up). There is also a good Italian restaurant on the main highway in Port Isabell, a few blocks before the bridge on the left. On the Island the places can be pricey La Jaiba, Blackbeards, and Fishermans Wharf are all good. Debbie Jasek
