One does not eat on the Riverwalk for the food. If you are there when it is not screamingly hot ( much of the summer) or too chilly, one sits on the Riverwalk and loves anything one eats. Given that, Johnnie Cace's is OK outdoors, and the Dixieland jazz place that is featured on PBS is nice ( but really just big snacks) indoors.
